Walton Thorns Rural Centre is a first class venue for meetings, training, workshops or networking lunches. Depending on layout we can cater for up tp 40 delegates. Whether you are seeking a training venue for your staff or needing a meeting venue for delegates from across the East Midlands we are in a good location. Walton Thorns Rural Centre is a competitively priced, convenient meeting venue in a rural Leicestershire location.

When the Rural Centre is hired clients have exclusive use of both meeting rooms allowing flexibility and privacy. There is a spacious foyer area from which all rooms are accessed independently. There is ample free car parking near the Rural Centre.

During breaks you can walk out to our picnic area, admire the view or take a stroll on the farm trail across the fields by woodland, hedgerows and streams. We have an abundance of birds and wildlife right on our doorstep no matter the time of year.

The Craddock's Room which is named after the ancient ash wood that can be seen from the large courtyard window, can comfortably seat the following:-

• 38 Theatre
• 22 U Shape
• 24 Boardroom
• 18 Classroom
• 36 Cabaret

The room is filled with natural light from the large courtyard window and is bright and spacious with a contemporary feel to it. There is a fixed projector screen, LCD projector (small hire charge), desktop display boards and flipchart and pens for the use of clients.

The Thorns Room is accessed independently from the foyer or alternatively through the double doors from the Craddock's Room and can seat the following:-

• 20 Theatre
• 10 Boardroom
• 12 Classroom

The Thorns Room can be used for group work, breakout space, a display room or solely as a refreshment and social area during breaks.

We aim to provide a friendly efficient service at competitive rates of hire and tasty homemade refreshments. Breakfast, hot and buffet lunches, homemade cakes, fresh scones and beverages can be provided from the Rural Centre's kitchen and we actively support local British farm produce whenever possible.

WALTON THORNS RURAL CENTRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS,PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS

• An Invoice will be issued on the day of the meeting and payment due within 28days by BACS or cash only.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the date booked will be liable for the full payment quoted and will be invoiced accordingly.
• Cancellations made between 3 days and 2 weeks will be invoiced for 50% of the hire of the Rural Centre.

DAMAGES

• Minor damages are part of life and we do not expect these to be paid for but those of a more substantial nature must be paid for in full.
• The hirer is responsible for any damage caused.
• If any damage is caused the amount will be invoiced and must be paid in full.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

• The owners are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the information provided on this site.
• The owners are not liable for any losses or damages incurred by visitors during their time at Walton Thorns Rural Centre.
• The owners are not liable for any injury, losses or damages incurred while walking Walton Thorns Farm Trail.
